What makes GreenPan cookware different from traditional nonstick?
Our cookware uses Thermolon, a ceramic nonstick coating derived from sand. It is free of PFAS, PFOA, lead, and cadmium, ensuring no toxic fumes are released even if accidentally overheated.
Is GreenPan cookware dishwasher safe?
While many of our collections are dishwasher safe, we recommend hand washing with a soft sponge and warm soapy water to maintain the nonstick performance and life of the pan.
Can I use metal utensils on my ceramic coating?
To preserve the longevity of your ceramic nonstick surface, we recommend using silicone, nylon, or wooden utensils. Metal utensils can cause scratches that may affect food release over time.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for products purchased directly from our website. Items must be in their original packaging and in unused condition to qualify for a full refund.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we offer a limited lifetime warranty on the construction of the cookware and a 2-year warranty on the Thermolon ceramic nonstick coating against manufacturing defects.
Which cooktops are compatible with GreenPan?
Most of our collections are compatible with gas, electric, and glass stovetops. Our Magneto induction technology lines are specifically designed to work excellently on all heat sources, including induction.
