Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your unused cookware in its original packaging, ensuring all lids and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
